2007 NewLogic and Mailcom both re-brand to demonstrate the industries first "total outsourced communications" provider working to "gain share" commercial models.
2007 Mailcom relocates its direct communication facility and opens a new 150 seat contact centre in Milton Keynes.
2006 NewLogic Group acquires Mailcom PLC.
2005/6 NewLogic acquire the business interests of Amicus Outsourcing and relocate the operations to its 200 seat contact centre.
2005 NewLogic open new purpose built premises in South Tyneside are reported as the fastest growing company in the sector.
2004 NewLogic acquire DM Mail Ltd (formerly Mailcom North) to enhance communications offering.
2003 NewLogic Group Holdings founded by Neil Shotton with the vision to become the UK's first "risk & reward" customer management group.
1997 Primedia SA acquire a controlling interest in Mailcom PLC. The founding Directors remain with the business until 2001.
1995 The company becomes the largest employer in the direct marketing industry with over 1000 full and part time staff and is recognised as "Supplier of the Year" at the inaugural SMART awards.
1992 A third site is introduced in Peterlee to manage outsourced contact centre contracts for the utilities market.
1987 Mailcom opens purpose built site in the North East to manage outsourced fulfilment and contact centre services.
1986 Mailcom opens a London print procurement agency, MCD, to manage the demand from financial services clients.
1985 The company achieves PLC status.

1982

Mailcom founded by Eddie Shotton in Milton Keynes. Originally specialising in data management and direct mail production.
