"Our people are our greatest asset" is an often used phrase in business. Recruiting the right people is undoubtedly extremely important.

We believe in order to attract the best people you need to create the best environment for them to work.

Our mission is to make our business a "great place to work".

Part of this process is regularly engaging with members of staff and asking them how we can improve. Whilst it is difficult to define what makes a "great place to work", we believe it is central to the success of our business.

Our Board of Directors

Seven of the ten NewLogic Group board directors previously worked at Mailcom PLC prior to its sale in 1997. Every Director has over 15 years experience in the outsourcing sector. The board have successfully managed, from a start-up position in 2003, a fast growing and dynamic business in the outsourcing sector.

Further acquisitions and joint ventures that deliver superior shareholder value are at the core of the board's strategy for growth.

Eddie Shotton - Chairman

Founder of Mailcom PLC, Spark Response and Virtutel, Eddie is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a DMA Direct marketer of the Year. Eddie is also a co-founder of the Group.

Simon Hall - Non Executive Director

Founder of BHWG and former CEO of Proximity London, Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and the Institutes current President. Simon is currently managing partner of CHI & partners, one of the UK's leading advertising agencies.

Neil Shotton - CEO

Founder of NewLogic Group and former Strategy Director of Primedia UK, Neil was formerly a board director and shareholder of Mailcom PLC prior to its sale in 1997. Neil has led several successful acquisitions in the sector including the buy back of Mailcom in September 2006.

Philip Westoby - Director

Founding Director of NewLogic Group and former Managing Director of Orchestra Group, Phil was also a former board director and shareholder of Mailcom PLC when, as Sales Director, he helped grow the business into one of the largest marketing services groups in the UK.

Andy Phillips - Director

Former Managing Director of NVisage, the customer management division of NPower, Andy successfully grew the business division from 200 contact centre employees to over 1200 during his tenure. Andy is a recognised figure in the telecommunications industry with over 25 years experience in outsourcing.

James Pegg - Director

Founder of DM Mail Ltd (a former division of Mailcom PLC) and now Group Operations Director of NewLogic, Jim has extensive experience in the direct communications industry. Following the sale of DM Mail to NewLogic in 2004 Jim has overseen the growth in the communications division from 35 employees to over 150.

Wendy Golightly - Director

Former Director of leading contact centre Virtutel Ltd, and latterly NVisage, Wendy has extensive knowledge of the financial services and utilities markets. Wendy has overseen the growth in the South Tyneside contact centre operations from a start up position in June 2005 to over 150 FTE's. This has culminated in the recent opening of a new contact centre in Milton Keynes.

Spencer McBride - Finance Director

Former Finance Director of Whiteground and Blacks (500 stores and £400m turnover) for over 11 years, Spencer has extensive experience in the services sector and has played a key role in supporting the group's organic and acquisitive expansion over the last two years.

Nigel Westhorp - Company Secretary

Nigel is the former Finance Director of Mailcom PLC (leading up to its sale in 1997) and is currently the Company Secretary for both NewLogic Group and Mailcom. Nigel is responsible for all corporate governance and regulatory matters.
